Renting the whole facility with your friends and family for a private party
We offer special private parties here at Lily & Liam. The entire facility will be open for you and your guests only. A dedicated party host will greet the guests upon arrival. Your guests will enjoy open playtime in our exciting state-of-the-art indoor playground which includes a jungle gym, trampoline, interactive ball pit, cypress wood-cube pit, ride on car zone, Lego play, kitchen play, dollhouse play and more!

Please keep in mind that only the family of the party is allowed to come in 15 minutes before the start time of the party. The party time includes the time guests come in and leave Lily & Liam, so we will make an announcement about closing the play zone about 15 min before the end of the party.

Frequently asked Q & A
what is the private party Cancellation Policy
The $300 party deposit is non-refundable,Any personal reason is not acceptable. However, only weather conditions which require the closing of our facility warrant a change of the date & time, depending on availabilities.
For cancellations within 3 days before the party, the host must pay the full party price ($2,295 + Tax)
For cancellations within 2 weeks before the party, the host must pay half of the party price ($1,148 + Tax)
Catering must be covered if cancellation occurs within 1 week before the party
Do you have other private party packages?
We have only 1 option for a birthday party package which would be the Private Party Package.
what Party Themes are available?
We are able to provide one theme per party, options which can be found below on our website and our instagram.
We are able to provide most themes, so you can let us know the theme you would like and we will let you know if it is not possible. However, we cannot provide themes related to broadcast TV, books, YouTube channels, and foreign characters as they are difficult to find supplies for.
Do you provide any food and drink?
We provide one gallon of coffee and filtered water with a dispenser, as well as pizza and juice boxes for kids.
do you allow Outside food and Drink?
We do not allow any outside food or drink. However, you are welcome to bring extra beverages if you would like, such as soda, except any alcoholic beverages. If you would like to order any extra food, please check our catering menu further below.
how many people do the catering tray portions feed?
It is unfortunately always a little difficult to recommend an amount for catering orders as it is varies party by party depending on the guests. Typically, the half size food package feeds about 12 people while the full size package feeds about 20-25.
Do you provide ice?
Yes, a small ice pail is available if needed.
Do you provide utensils?
We provide all utensils such as forks, knives, spoons, serving spoons and tongs, paper plates for the food and cups for beverages.
Do you accept personal checks, venmo, or zelle?
We accept only cash or credit card.
Do you provide cake & cupcake stands?
We do provide cake stands and platters for all the desserts you will be bringing for the party as part of the party decorations. Please check party decorations below.
how do i contact the decorator for the party decorations?
You can just contact the email address (lilyandliamkids@gmail.com) for our decorator if you have any ideas, concerns or questions! We can also schedule a personal meeting w/ our decorator for you if you need.
What time we are allowed to come?
Only the host family of the party is allowed to come in 15 minutes before the start time of the party. All the other guests need to come at the party start time.
WHat is the CLOSING announcement?
The party time includes the time guests come in and leave Lily & Liam, so we will make an announcement closing the play zone about 15 minutes before the end of the party.
Do you allow entertainers?
For a private party, entertainers such as balloon artists, magicians, face painters, are allowed to attend the party as well. However, please keep in mind that we do not allow any glitter, bubbles, slime, confetti, silly string, and/or sharp material in Lily & Liam. We also do not allow additional food vendors/machines such as popcorn machines, ice cream/gelato carts, and/or cotton candy machines as we try our best to keep our facility clean and safe for all guests.
Do you allow Piñatas?
Unfortunately, we do not allow piñatas as we are a high ceiling facility and there is no place to hang a piñata. There would also be a lot of safety issues regarding piñatas.
Do you allow extra decorations?
If you would like to bring additional decor, you are more welcome to do so. We just ask that no wall decor is brought in due to wall damage issues.
Are we able to use our own music?
We have our overhead speaker system which is all connected through Bluetooth so we can connect your phone or device to the bluetooth system here!

The $12 Goody Bag is made with a white paper bag with a customized sticker on the front, 4-5 toys, such as bouncy balls, finger lights, bubbles, craft kit, balloons and etc.
The $15 Goody Bag is made in paper box with a customized theme on the front, 4-5 toys, such as bouncy balls, finger lights, bubbles, craft kit, balloons and etc.
